तीन तलाक बिल मंगलवार को राज्यसभा में पास हो गया। लोकसभा में तीन तलाक बिल 25 जुलाई को पहले ही पास हो चुका है। मोदी सरकार के पिछले कार्यकाल के दौरान दिसंबर 2018 में भी यह बिल लोक सभा पास हो गया था, लेकिन राज्यसभा में यह अटक गया था। पिछले साल अगस्त में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने इस पर सख्त कानून बनाने का फैसला किया था। दो बार लोकसभा से पास, राज्यसभा में अटका  सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संवैधानिक बेंच ने 2017 में तीन तलाक को निरस्त किया था। दो जजों ने इसे असंवैधानिक कहा था, एक जज ने पाप बताया था। इसके बाद दो जजों ने इस पर संसद को कानून बनाने को कहा था। संसद में यह बिल लोकसभा से तो दो बार पास हुआ, लेकिन राज्यसभा में अटक गया। इसके बाद इसे कानूनी जामा पहनाने के लिए सरकार ने अध्यादेश का रास्ता चुना है। हालांकि 6 महीने के अंदर इस पर संसद की मुहर लगनी जरूरी थी।  जानेंकब-कब सरकार लाई अध्यादेश  तीन तलाक पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बावजूद इसका इस्तेमाल होने पर सरकार सितंबर 2018 में अध्यादेश लाई। तीन तलाक देने पर पति को तीन साल की सजा का प्रावधान रखा गया। हालांकि...
